Beginning Wire work Techniques - memory necklaces

$25 member / $30 nonmember

Learn how to bend and twist simple wire to join your found objects, charms and dangles into cool jewelry. Techniques you will learn involve connecting with wire: basic loop, wrapped loop, spiral, wire clasp. Make a necklace with beads and charms. Metal shapes are fun and can be drilled to add holes.

SUPPLY LIST

20 gauge craft wire
beads (bring a variety in colors you like; glass, plastic or metal; any size)  
found objects
broken jewelry, old earrings, old watch straps, small belt buckles, key rings, old necklace chains, etc
wire cutters, round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers (no teeth)

Limited wire and supplies will be available to purchase from the instructor for an additional fee.
